Listened to a whole variety of cajon hats on YouTube and Thomann's website. I didn't like the sound and/or price of most of them.

This one though fits the bill for me. You can play it with anything (hands, brushes, rods, sticks). I like it best when played with rods. The sound with sticks is a bit to hard for my liking.

5* for value for money, 4* for everything else
