This is my first acoustic drum set so cannot compare to others, I have played a cheaper electronic drum set before.

I have been wanting to play "real" drums for quite some time and decided to buy a set that was not the cheapest since I was pretty sure I'd be playing for a many years. This drum set looks and sounds great, I have now had it for more than a year and I could not be happier.

The hardware is sturdy and I have never had to re-setup anything because of it loosening by itself.
I (try) to play music ranging from classic rock to jazz and hip hop and this kit has given me any of the sounds that I want.
