Love this capo for its fine adjustment and small physical size and no sharp edges. You can set the tension using the thumb wheel so that it is fretted without going sharp. Once in place you will not feel it. The only downside is that it takes a little longer to change fret than other capos as you need to undo the screw, move then brighten. So not maybe ideal for quick changes at gigs. It's shape and adjustment means that it fits all my guitar necks including LP, SG, Tele, Strat.

This a good product in as much as it clamps the strings down well and is easily adjustable for clamping pressure.

A lot fo the cheaper options have a single spring and the clamping pressure is often too high and pulls the strings sharp when fitting. With this one, you can easily adjust that. The downside to this, is that you will need to adjust it if switching guitars, which could be a pain with a room full of hecklers to contend with.

The main downside for me is that is a bit fiddly to fit and remove between songs. If you want to fit the capo and do a whole set, or use in the studio, this a great option.

For live sets where you're fitting the capo and adjusting the positioning between songs, I'd go for a different option with a trigger type release mechanism.

Possibly due to my own ineptitude, when fitting the capo it takes a bit of messing around the get it in the correct position and a trigger realease would make this a whole lot quicker.

Still a good option that does it's job well, but I'd leave this one in the case of the back up guitar or the practise room.

Simple and effective

Capo is pretty simple, very small but functional, handling is not supper easy as "clamp" copos, but for my "hobby" playing for various instruments is pretty good. Tension is good and value for money is excellent.

It's a quality device, I use it for setting up instruments. The only problem with it is that nothing prevents the tightening screw from coming out accidentally. That screw is a very small thing but they're not sold separately so if you lose it, you're buying another capo.

Works good for all my guitars that i have, only thing is when you unscrew it, it scrapes the black finish of the capo off unless you hold it together while turning it loose and same when you put it on the fretboard, otherwise happy with it.
