Very good allround mallets

I play in concert band mainly (sometimes symphonic orchestra as well). These mallets almost always give the sound I need. It's bright, comes through sufficiently, ...

Recently I acquired some softer mallets for melancholic passages, just to widen my possibilities.

Pros:
- Sound very clear
- Can be loud enough, but also subtle

Cons:
- The heads easily get damaged when hitting something non-flat (like the pins between the keys of certain Glockenspiel)
