Seemed OK for while but some of them failed after 6 months of use...on inspection the issue is that the cable is too small a diameter to be effectively clamped by the connector strain relief meaning that the cable gets easily dragged out and snaps the wires off the xlr pins..I have modified all mine by wrapping electrical tape around the cable so it is grabbed by the strain relief better
