PRS SE A60E Natural

This guitar, though not exactly 'cheap', does stand out both visually and sonically. So far I've been using it for about 18 months, restrung several times and really can't find anything wrong with it.
The pros that I see:
- PRS neck, for those who love it
- looks stunning and improves the room
- sounds great both unplugged and plugged (playing through Yamaha THR)
- build quality is 9/10 (there're some parts that could've been done better inside the guitar but I am nitpicking)
- comes with a quality case

Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase

Overall I can really recommend this guitar.

Tone: nice balanced tone. has a definitive bass to it as well but not a boomy as a Martin (I don't really like the sound of the Martins)

Playability: it has the PRS neck, which is a very comfortable neck profile

Electronics: it has a fishman pickup, which sound pretty good. If you need to use it in a live situation with a band, it can sound really good. It is nice that the volume and tone control is on the inside so doesn't ruin the look

Build quality: didn't find any issues with it, the fret ends needed a little filing to make it perfect but out of the box it was 8/10. And also I think except for custom shop guitars you will never get perfect fret ends. The tuning machines are really really good. Perfect tension, doesn't stuck, best tuning machines I tried.

Look: well it is gourgeous. The ziricote is really astounishingly beautiful. My Sitka spruce top has its little bearclaws. Some people dom't like it, I actually like that it is not plain, it gives characteristic to the guitar. Maple bindings perfect, ebony fretboard amazing.

Plus you get a nice hard case, that fits the guitar.

Overall I am really satisfied with it and brings joy every time I play on it. Really inspiring, and looks nice in the room.

First of all, I would like to thank Thomann for their professional guidance regarding my potential purchase of this guitar and the help that greatly helped me decide to purchase the PRS SE A60E acoustic guitar. From the very beginning, professional agents answered my phone immediately and kindly informed me when the guitar would be available in stock. As soon as the guitar was available, it was ready to be packed and shipped. That marriage between Thomann and the UPS delivery service seems to be working flawlessly, as the guitar was delivered to me on the fifth
the day after the agent told me it had arrived in stock.
And now a little about the guitar. The guitar arrived in a beautiful black hard case. The construction of the guitar itself is superb. The back and sides of the guitar are beautiful - made from Ziricote and the front from sitka spruce. The guitar's neck frets are ebony with abalone bird inlays as shown in the photos, and the neck back is mahogany. The edge of the guitar is also decorated with abalone. Basically, the sound of the guitar is warm and soft, and at the same time sufficiently ringing. When I connected it to a Fishman amplifier that I also bought at Thomann , I was delighted with the sound and effects. Fishman's electronics with two volume and tone potentiometers are placed right next to the edge of the guitar hole. For me, the most important thing was that the guitar sounds equally great with and without an amplifier, which I convinced myself after watching a dozen reviews on YouTube. And besides, it looks so beautiful, and so fancy that many other more expensive guitars would be put to shame. That finish on it is simply stunning. Thanks to Thomann and UPS, the guitar came to me without any damage, without any anomalies, even with tuned strings.
Conclusion: A beautiful guitar with superb sound and superb craftsmanship. A big plus is the hard case you get with it. For this price you get a fantastic guitar that sounds better than some guitars in the higher class and double priced such as Taylor, Epiphone, Martin. The only thing I wanted to change on the guitar were the strings, which I also bought at Thomann, because I like an even softer and warmer sound, which are Elixir Nano Web strings Bronze, gauge 11-52. .

Absolutely love the sound and feel of this guitar. It's stunning, with a crisp bright sound.Comes nicely set up by the European technicians, who does the final setup and quality control ( according to a note inside). Comes with a nice generic case. Have not fully tested the electronics, but since I'm basically using at as a home guitar i really like that the controls are hidden inside the sound hole, while the battery it by the jack input. Doesn't mess up the looks:)
