Puresound E1312 Equalizer Wires 13/12

I prefer a slightly deeper tone from my snare drums, and the Equaliser snares with 12 strands help. Less strands means less snare sound, not so biting. And the space in the middle really does reduce stray buzzing from toms and guitars. Just make sure it's sitting flat when you mount the snares - I initially threaded it wrong and the snares were raised, which sounded strange until I fixed it.
Expensive, but well made and really good sound. I find standard chrome snares annoying now, compared to the pure sounds.
