It seems there's a bit too much bounce.
(... I would have liked slightly less bounce ...)
The sound level "left over" is very little, less compared with practice pads on a table: happy neighbours.
The product looks cheap: the "wood" is no wood but looks like compressed cardboard with some sawdust mixed-in: cheap.
Overall it's ok. Not great: does what is has to do, and the extra bounce is an extra challenge.

Has not a real feel, but it's good for begginers. Too much bouncing. A little bit expensive and heavy, but the finishes are great.
