I got these plugs for some custom length MIDI cables. I was a bit concerned if they would fit my devices because the pins seemed rather thick on the but I can say that they fit nicely.

Soldering was easy and with a single screw you can assemble the whole thing.

The plugs feel well made otherwise.

It's well known that Rean connectors are ones of the most reliable and durable connectors out there. This NYS 322 G are also really convenient to mount, have great looks, are not too bulky, and the rubber part for preventing the cable from flexing too much is a nice addition.

Have used these to put together the midi side of my pedal board. great, cheap, but as with all rean stuff, very well built. would love to see an angles version (like the switchcraft one) but as almost 10 x cheaper these work great. can't fault them.
