Not so good looking but best

This is the best snare head I've ever used. The bounce is great and the sound is brilliantI It's an excellent choice and more durable than you may think from the looks of it.

U
Similar to the Evans Genre Dry

The difference between the Regular powerstroke 4 coated head and this one, is that this head is a little more solid in the centre with a slight less ring to it.

Most double ply and thick snare heads look tacky and can take the class out of any snare drum, but this head still looks clean, its not too busy, and it feels great to play, very dry, and will phatten up any snare.

I would consider it a rival to the Evans Genre dry.

Not the cheapest perhaps, but very durable

Used it for metal drumming. Can get a pretty fat sound from it, also very durable from my experience. I'd say it's great for learning/practicing.
