Good sound but watch for joints!

This is a great sounding head but it has one minor niggle. The joint on the metal hoop (at least on mine) is right at the top of the head, so it's quite visible (and ugly). Of course, only I will know it's there, but it wouldn't have taken much effort to put the joint under where a lug will go near the bottom...
