Too slim for a Martin

I stupidly bought this instead of waiting 4 weeks for a Martin strap. As another post said, this one is indeed too slim, unfortunately even for western guitars which have a thinner neck than classical guitars.

I wonder for which guitars this strap is supposed to work if not for classical and western guitars?
