I always wanted a Rickenbacker and waited 50 years to get one! I only play music at home for my own pleasure, as well as recording, but felt it was time to get a real Rickenbacker (I have a 6 string copy). Dealing with Thomann was excellent and delivery was fast and efficient. The guitar came in a very attractive flight case also.

The build and sound is excellent and I was very impressed with the feel and balance.

The only comment I would make is that the fret-board is quite narrow and takes a bit of getting used to - especially as there are 12 strings to play!
