Case quality is good, strong and padded on the inside. Has both shoulder straps and side handle, both are useful. There is an outside compartment for spare strings and so on. In theory it could even hold sheet music but the zipper is a bit short so an A4 page needs to be curled or squashed to get it in or out. That's a minor detail, does everything else very well.

Bought this for an Ozark Mandola 2036 - fits perfectly. Instrument overall length is 72.5 cm and is a comfortable fit.

I had an unusual travel guitar with dimensions of 76x30x8cm, and I took a chance on this gig bag, as Ritter have delivered for me before. Great colour, zips are robust and it fits what was a gig bag nightmare situation.
