M
Only for short people and very even ground
McCaldin 10.08.2017
I'm 6 feet tall and i find that, depending on the weight and dimensions of the load, i have to stoop a good bit more than i would like for a guy with the sort of back that prompted me to buy the thing in the first place. Someone who's hands are closer to the ground and/or doesn't have a bad back would find this less objectionable.

The carrying arm is quite deep(long?) so a good volume of equipment can be carried at once.

The wheels are solid so the cargo gets bounced around quite a bit and it likes only the most even of pavement. A nice smooth piece of tarmac and you're laughing.

The wheels are each secured by a pin that is the shape of a shepherd's crook and will gradually slip out of the hole on any terrain other than the aforementioned super-smooth tarmac. This has caused a wheel fall off and the 30KG power amp and its case to crash unceremoniously in a car park, a busy pavement, and a field. I lost one of the pins last time round.

Someone more technically-minded could likely bodge a replacement and have the trolley up and running again.

It folds away into a pleasingly small form, fits perfectly into the the passenger footwell of a toyota corolla and, with the exception of the connection between wheel and axle, is very sturdy.

P
A great buy , very versatile
Paul1347 26.02.2017
I bought this a year or two ago , i needed something to take equipment to jam nights, gigs, busking etc. I have managed to fit 2 acoustics in hard cases , a cymbal bag containing 16 crash and a cymbal stand , mike stand and small vox amp on it . I have also managed to fit a strat and Marshall valvestate on it for going to local jam nights, have used it to transport double boxed guitars to post etc.

I have no car so it is really useful on foot and I have managed to load it in a taxi too.

It goes up and down kerbs relatively easy and there is a type of bar that you can put your foot on to assist, it seems strong , and it folds down small when at home.

My only slight grumble is I would prefer the handlebto pull out a bit more but it's use and ruggedness offset this gripe . I can see me using this with my Marshall valvestate 8240 as it is quite heavy , I have already used it with a valvestate 20 and electric guitar. I live in a very hilly place and it has made playing out and transporting things much easier. I have even used it to raise an amp off the ground and position it better.

A worthwhile buy at the price and it has a long base at the bottom meaning you can fit more stuff on than a regular barrow

Save your hands for the gig...save money on taxis
Anonymous 09.08.2016
Fed up of arriving at gigs feeling like your hands are going to fall off from lugging your amp around? Fed up forking out for taxis as getting on buses/trains with all your gear is just too much hassle?

This is a great little trolley with enough load bearing capacity to carry most rigs.

Ever hear of a revolutionary invention called the wheel? This bad boy has 2 (TWO) of them to save your precious fingers for playing tunes. It?s super compact for getting onto public transport and feels sturdy. Just take a little care bringing up onto footpaths as it?s so slim it can be just a little unstable. No instructions for getting the wheels on either but not hard to figure out.

Happy customer - great value for money!

I don't go anywhere without these wheels
Sara Drumair 02.12.2020
I have this wheels in my van most of the time. Initially I bought it for touring and heavy equipment, but end up using it for everything - pieces of furniture, construction materials....everything that this wheels can fit. It is very sturdy product. The only thing I dont like is the solution for extending/collapsing the handle. It could be better, but besides that I would recommend this product to everyone. Don't loose your back and knees on caring heavy stuff. Be smart, invest in the wheels, you'll praise yourself.
