The pins needed to secure the wheels were not included in the box. Manufacturer error. Thomann customer support said it can take weeks to resolve because they're just the reseller, which I understand but is not really fast enough for me. Would have been nice if they immediately sent me the pins from another box and just replaced those in that box when the parts arrive to them from the manufacturer or distributor, but I guess not. So, I went to the hardware store and fabricated the clevis pins myself so that I can actually use the product. No instructions were included so I have no idea why one of the brakes says ON and the other says OFF when both wheels roll or how to fix that. The black paint flakes off from the slightest contact, and not just a bit where contact is made. Whole flakes come off, so I expect this cart to be steel color and looking old pretty soon.
I haven't even used it yet and I already regret the purchase considering the price tag.
Pros: Sturdy build. Wheels are tough and probably good for the old city cobble stone streets of European towns. I don't expect it to break any time soon, fingers crossed. Easy to move around with my amp and huge pedal board case on top.
Cons: Missing parts (!) and brakes ON and OFF set opposite of each other on each wheel. Not a problem until it is.
