Assembling the trolley should be really easy but sadly on both the Rock n roller trolleys that I've had, the workmanship and "finishing off" of the product has been so bad and so prematurely sent out that it takes hours of filing and rubbing down and hammering to get the wheel spigots to slide into the holes which they're supposed to - this is due to the holes being left with all sorts of metal chaff and paint covering etc inside the holes, making them too tight for the wheels pole to slide into. Clearing out these holes would probably take a well equipped factory just a few seconds with the right tool, whereas for an average equipped home user, it took well over an hour of filing - factory quality control needs to be improved. No stars offered due to this important factor.
Once assembled, this is a really tough, sturdy product which is significantly better made than the R12. This should last me a couple of years at least.
