It does its job but is quite heavy. I wouldn't reccomend it for use on a very long boompole. I ceartainly prefer the low end of rycote products on a slightly heavier budget.

This windshield reveals itself as a good option in a low budget option, comparing the Rycote Blimps. Its major downside is the size and weight, especially when operating with mics inside on a boompole. Nevertheless, I still use it everyday, with one or more mics inside, and it never failed me so far.
