Roland KSC-70 Bk

I got this stand for my Roland FP-30 and it transforms the keyboard into a piece of stylish furniture. It looks very neat when completed, all the more so because the FP-30 itself is very sleek and minimalist and it has the speakers underneath.

It has saved a lot of space in my small house when compared to the X-Stand i had previously because the keyboard sits closer to the wall and I can push the piano bench underneath when not in use. Highly recommended - I chose the FP-30 because it had such a stand and it has not disappointed.

Assembly was straightforward enough, only complication was that I found I had to remove the rearmost pads in order to attach the stability pads and this does not seem to be mentioned in the manual.

The stand looks very nice, fits perfectly with the FP-30, while also taking very litle space. It is the ideal setting for having a modern and hi quality piano in an as small space as possible. It is very easy to assemble, all items come neatly packaged, all you need is a Philips screwdriver and you are set.

The stand is very stable and solid, even as you play the piano. There are no cons, it is well suited for its purpose.

Just a suggestion to Roland, why not design a second, alternative stand for those who want a more classic look? Something that looks like a small wooden piano, with a built in cover, combining the great portability of FP-30 with the option of setting it up for a more traditional environment?
