Hard rock - heavy metal cymbals

With this set you get four high-quality, brilliant b20 cymbals for the price of 2 or 3... So you can't go wrong.
But be aware that these are heavy cymbals. Especially the ride is not suitable for small rehearsal spaces or band practice. To my ears it is the classic heavy metal sound.
The crashes are more versatile than the ride, but they are still heavy and don't open up easily. But they have a full sound and good separation between them.
The hihat was a pleasant surprise, I was reluctant at first because sabian does not offer this hihat outside this pack, but for me it was the best of all the cymbals in terms of all-around usability. A classic high-pitched rock sound, without being overpowering. When played closed with the stick, its definition invites you to play funk and 16th-note patterns. A great all-arounder.
Buy these cymbals if you play hard rock / heavy metal or if you already own lighter ones and need something for the stage.

Ik zocht naar een stillere set dan mijn AA rock crashes. En heb gekozen voor deze set. Ze zien er geweldig uit en klinken zachter. Perfect voor kleinere zalen. Ook kunnen ze tegen mijn stevige aanpak. De hi-hat is alleen in dit pakket te krijgen en is ook goed voor in de studio. Het enige dat ik wat minder vind is de kleine bell op de ride, die moet je soms echt gaan zoeken en als enthousiasteling soms moeilijk om los te gaan.

Klasse Beckensatz, sieht mega aus und klingt hervorragend.

Die Reinigung stellt sich im langfristigen Einsatz als problematisch dar. Das brillant-finish ist sehr schlecht zu reinigen und bereits nach kurzer Zeit ist deutlicher Abrieb der Sticks zu erkennen, Fingerabdrücke sehen besonders unschön aus.

Bisher habe ich es kaum geschafft die Teile langfristig und auch vollständig sauber zu bekommen.

Zukünftig würde ich nur noch matt kaufen.
