Sennheiser MMD 835-1 BK

Used this capsule for a small production on a SKM100 G4. The capsule is very easy to install, very plug and play. You just screw it on to the handheld transmitter and you're up and running. The sound is good and clear. This was used in a small venue and is more susceptible to feedback than a 845 capsule. But it's a good overall capsule that is perfect for a beginner or someone with a small budget

I got this one for a G3 system that I bought without a capsule, knowing it's the standard on almost every EW100 series. It's not the best sound you can get from a capsule but it's manageable for speeches, presentations and stuff like that. It can work with live music too but don't expect it to sound like the bigger brothers, the MMD9xx series.

Very good for stage, events, recordings in noisy area.

Ideal part replacement for our mic. The part fitted and was of the same high quality that I expect of all Sennheiser mic products. As the part it was replacing it sounded great and really picks up every part of the voice. The only thing to consider is that I would not use it on a very noisy stage as the pick up range is large, but now we run a silent stage so that's not an issue.
