Grund für den Kauf war die optisch unbefriedigende Kombination von 2 SD Antiquity und 1 SSL-4 auf meiner Strat. Da ich keine Möglichkeit gefunden habe eine farblich+maßlich zu den Antiquity passende PU-Kappe für den SSL-4 zu bekommen habe ich mich dazu durchgerungen dieses Set zu kaufen.
Selbstverständlich passen diese für Seymour Duncan Single Coils gefertigten Kappen perfekt und sehen auch gut aus. Den Preis für ein PU-Cover-Set aus billigem Plastik allerdings derart hoch anzusetzen, nur weil er für die Marke Seymour Duncan passt und deren Logo trägt (auf welches ich im Übrigen auch gern verzichtet hätte) ist einfach nur Wucher.
