Replaced the stock pickups in my Japanese made Jazzmaster with these. The stock pickups are more Strat sounding (they are wound narrower and higher). These provide authentic Jazzmaster tone but with a slightly boosted output which is great for driving a tube amp a bit harder.

Matches with the Seymour Duncan neck version to create a "hum bucking" effect to reduce noise. Great value pickup.

Spiele in meiner Jazzmaster vorne und hinten den SJM-2
bin sehr zufrieden, jede andere Jazzmaster die ich danach gespielt habe, sei es im Laden oder bei Kumpels, klingen nicht so schön wie meine.
Hatte erst einen Quarterpound in der Bridge,habe zum Glück nochmal getauscht.
Klingt sehr Obertonreich und fleischig, zeigt eine wahnsinnig hohe Transparenz, auch bei Distortion und Fuzz Geschichten.
Empfehle sie sofort weiter, oder halt sonst klingen ja alle so fett;)

Besitze eine 'The Ventures' Jazzmaster und war mit der Original Pickup Bestückung immer etwas unzufrieden. Da im Bandkontext zu leise und für härtere Passagen im Kontext nicht wahrnehmbar. Habe die Origianl Pickups durch o.g. ersetzt und bin jetzt sehr zufrieden.
