I tried manny different pickup sets before EMG81/85, SD SH4 JB/Jazz, PRS HFS/BASS and finaly PRS Dragon1 Treble/Bass. They were all great sounding, but Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucker are no doubt best of them all!
Very versatile, clean sounding, melodic pickups with, nice compression and high end trebles.

Huge improvement for my Epiphone Les Paul Standard

My first electric guitar is an Epiphone Les Paul Standard Plus Translucent Amber, so it has some emotional value for me. In this way, I wanted to make some changes to it so it would sound like I wanted it to.

In order to do this, I had taken it to a luthier who changed all the electronics, the nut, and of course, the stock pick-ups.

Now, with all these adjustments and the Seymour Duncan Whole Lotta Humbucker pickups shielded by the luthier and set for this particular guitar, it sound truly close to a Gibson.

Could not have made a better choice for the pick-ups regarding my taste of sound. I have been using them for more than 3 years now and could no be more satisfied of their sound. Lots of juice and sustain, enough power as you may need.

Best improvement for my guitar!

These beauties will bring alive your Zepellin riffs and chords. I have these installed in 2 of my Gibsons and they really make fantasic use of the available wood tones. I even have a set in a Chinese one that sounds nearly as good! If you're an old rocker like me or just a fan of the times and the band -buy these now. You will NOT regret it!!
