Everybody knows it, the cables of in-ear-headphones eventually will break, no matter how well you tread them.
Because of this, the cables of most upper-price in-ears are replacable.
Given that this cable is far more expensive on it's own than most in-ear-headphones you can find in consumer-electronic-stores, one could expect some quality.
Shure obviously delivers, as they do with all their products.
The built quality of the cable is leagues ahead of the quality of your average friends headphones.
Sadly, eventually even this cable will break.
I must admit that I don't treat my in-ears as well as I could, and so i approximatley have to buy a new one every one-and-a-half year.
