Excellent product, the new beltpacks (any make/model/manufacturer) don't have toggle switches but "press down buttons" for on/mute/off. We supply a lot of churches and priests cannot feel these buttons under their vestments, not like the old fashioned toggle switches. This mute/on/off switch can easily be felt under their robes and hence makes them more confident in their use of the lapel radio mic during mass/services.
