Really good microphone for live stages
Mtkolife 16.06.2017
Use: I use the microphone for live stages, for live performances, for singing and speaking to audience.

Clarity: Really good till now, i do not have any problems with it till now. It can be compared by Shure beta 58a with the clearness. I am really satisfied with it! It is important that the microphone is dynamic, because it is much better sound there on the stage.

Pros: Really good sound, it is really stable on the head, nice built and I know that it will serve me for quite a long time.

Cons: Did not find any cons, really nice built microphone.

Comprehensibility: I have gigs every weekend and I want to say that if you want a good head microphone, this is the right decision for live performances!

Further information: The problem is that microphone has 4pinch connector and old Shure wireless systems had just 3pinch connectors. Be aware of that, because at the beginning I did not notice, but actually when i received I was quite surprised. I did not expect 4pinch connector. So really, be aware of that, because i had some problems of how to connect now this 4pinch microphone, with 3pinch connector on receiver!

Great sound and no looping
RikP 21.09.2015
I've been using this mic for about a year now. I play a solo show on keyboards and needed something that followed my mouth as I have to look at my keyboards (I play 3) occassionally. The thing I love about this mic is that I get no feedback at all, regardless of speaker position or amp power. That's great isn't it? The last thing you need when your out on your own performing is to have to fanny about with volume or EQ settings in the middle of a track.
The sound is rich and makes my voice sound pretty good, which is quite remarkable compared with other hand mics. I also love the fact that with these headset mics, setting up the mixer is a 'one time only job', when it's set, it's set.
Down side:- I wished they had made the mic arm a little more rigid! It drops fractionally whilst performing, and you have to raise it frequently. This, plus the fact that Shure seem to have been undecided as to where the head grip should sit i.e. neck or occipital head area. Neither place works! I used a Nady before, and that was perfect.
Summary:- I haven't replaced it, so it must be good.

WB
ideal for running speakers
Wojciech B. 17.02.2014
Very solid construction, efficientlly working cardioid pattern, right sensivity for bodypack transmitter designed to condenser earmic and very good hi-mid frequency response without unnecesary high frequencies - everything gives perfect mic for speakers operating behind FOH speakers.
I used this mic as replacement of t.bone earmic with t.bone SR16 system, and I get much better result in this difficult sound situation. Of course, it was necessary to change pinout in mini-XLR connector, but it's easy for everybody who can use soldering iron ;)
