Die Erweiterung bietet sehr gute Sounds für Rock und härteren Rock. Die Qualität der Samples ist ersteklassig.

Leider nur ein Set an Toms und wenige Becken.

Bei der Vielzahl an Samples und Presets die in SSD5 (und 5.5) enthalten sind sehe ich aber keine Notwendigkeit noch extra zu investieren, insbesondere da Rock, Hard Rock und Metal in der enthaltenen Library schon sehr gut repräsentiert sind.

Fazit: gut, aber nicht notwendig.
