Great Sound. Sit perfect in the mix without much processing. Also the ability to add your own drum and percussion samples is a HUGE plus.
Thanks SLATE

This is one of the best investments I've made in a drum plugin. Easy to use, great sounds, lots of variety. Just a great program, all around!

great drums out of the box
musicdude 29.11.2022
I use SSD5 for a while now in addition to Studio Drummer, but it was instantly a jump ahead for my drum edits. It sounds very good out of the box and is easy to use. Only the key mapping presets did not work correctly for me and I had a little manual work to do, so that I was able to switch seamlessly between different products. I use SSD5 for tracks where I need a more realistic drum sound vs Studio Drummer (for example) for more "mathematical" tracks and styles like very technical metal or djent-like genres. I had no performance issues, even on the road it works fine with a MacBook Pro from 2020. Five stars, great product!
