Habe schon viele Boutique ubd Highgain Amps gespielt - Mesa Boogie Mark III, Bogner Shiva, Soldano SLO 30, Custom Audio Electronics CAE 3+ SE Preamp, Soldano SP 77 Preamp, Marshall JCM 900, Marshall JMP , etc. Der Soldano Astro 20 topt sie alle! Faktisch bietet er 4 Kanäle: ein echt schöner Clean Kanal (besser als beim CAE 3 +), und 3 schmatzende Overdrive Sounds vom Feinsten in ansteigendem Gain Level. Der Boogie klang jeden Tag anders und ich war nur am Potis drehen, der Bogner Shiva hatte nur 2 Kanäle und zu wenig Gain. Der SLO 30 klingt auch mega - man hat aber faktisch nur 2 Kanäle gleichzeitig zur Auswahl. Deswegen habe ich mich für den Astro 20 entschieden.

Der Soldano Astro 20 hilft einem, sich auf‘s Gitarre spielen zu konzentrieren. Denn er klingt in jeder Einstellung hervorragend. Auch bei geringer Lautstärke!

Die Midi Umschaltung beim Astro ist völlig unkompliziert mit anderen Miidi-Fussschaltern möglich. Man braucht keinen extra Looper/Switcher.
