Sommer Cable Galileo 238 10,0

I bought 10m Galileo to replace ordinary mic cables costing around 1USD per meter trying to defend microphone signal from noise. And didn't notice any improvements in subjective hum and noise measurements with the condenser KMS184 microphone. Yes, levels are lower than -105db, but it matters for choir recordings. So my recommendations are that it is a very capable cable with perfect Neutrik connectors. But do not think that it will resolve all possible noise problems

Worked well, no issues. Aesthetic looks on both ends of cable.. Well, great.

After using a cheap cable for years the static in my vocal recordings was really annoying me. So I decided to spend a few more bucks on a new one hoping that a better cable would solve the problem. And it did! Very happy with this purchase and the quality of my vocal recordings now.

I'm using it as a mic cable.

Pros:
Good build quality, have been using it on the road for quite some time now and have had zero issues. Soundwise, it's as good as any other premium cable.
