I use this cable between DAC/preamp/amp in XLR configuration. I finished the cable with Neutrik Sommer edition connectors and Mundorf 4% silver solder.
For me this cable sounds rounded and somewhat ´darker´. It´s smooth with ZERO harshness, so far so good but on the other hand it can sound a little dull.
I now compared it with a Audioquest Red River XLR, the Audioquest is fresher(=sparkling) and more lively, there is also more air in the music but voices sound now a little thinner (fuller with Albedo), on the other hand there are more nuances in the voices (+instruments).
While the Audioquest can sound a little to lively the Albedo can sound a little to dull, so somewhere in the middle would be perfect 😅
The Albedo is great to work with and I like the green color. I will do some more testing and then decide but it´s very clear this is a more ´rounded´ and warm cable. Kind regards

Great interconnect audio cable

Built together with the angled Hi-Con CAM SM contacts. Suits really nice combined with a crimped sleeve. The cable is not too thick and still sturdy but flexible. Sound quality is as good as it gets in my setup. Spec wise the carbo 225 is better but too thick for my installation.
