Never received the Headphones!

Hello, I usually order most of my gears at Thomann but this time will be the last time for sure! I ordered this pair of headphones for a birthday gift, I precised the address before finalizing the order and seems that it was not considered by the website. I called then 3 times Thomann to make sure the change was made and they cinfirmed me it was....results....the package never been delivered ( i have to say that there is always problems with UPS in France) . Now I am in a process that will take my time and probably ages to solve. See you never Thomann

Sound was fine and packaging etc. was fine. But the headphones were creaking on the left ear everytime I moved my head! Impossible to listen with an unbearable creak in my ear everytime I nodded my head to the beat. Must be a faulty batch
