great sound, not distorting the quality of the guitar. access to three presets, and editing software. you can easily use the presets to put any type of modulation (phaser, flanger) editable on PC too... it's just perfect, top quality manufacturing, comparable for me to Strymon in terms of possibilities and quality

Now that I've tested my way through a few chorus pedals, I've (probably) reached the end of a journey: The Gemini sounds very clean (which is very important to me on the bass) and offers a variety of (sound) possibilities thanks to the different modes. I actually found "my" tone within 5 minutes without even using the Neuro app - that will definitely come at some point, and I couldn't be happier at the moment. The workmanship is very solid, so you can put even cheeky drummers out of action for a short time without having to worry about permanent damage (at least to the pedal, I don't want to make any guarantees for the drummer....) Conclusion: Great pedal (also and especially for the bass), good price!

This is my first Source Audio pedal. I had heard about how awesome some of their other offerings - namely the Collider, the Ventris and Nemesis - were. But when the time came to search for a good chorus pedal for my setup, I gotta admit, this one was under my radar, especially as I was a bit prejudiced towards analog options. The thing was, I always use chorus pedals in the fx loop of my amps and my current amp, a Peavey 6505, didn't seem to agree with my previous chorus, the Electro Harmonix Small Clone. Don't get me wrong, the Small Clone is a very solid chorus and it did sound great into the front of the amp, but not in the loop - too metallic and a bit scooped (not to mention a very nasty "pop" whenever I turned it on). Then I came across this pedal and realized the amount of parameters you can dial in within each effect - and there are a lot of effects available. I decided to give it a shot and I'm glad I did, as my search for the ultimate chorus pedal is over. Don't judge it by its factory presets. Learn how to use the mobile editing app and I guarantee you'll find awesome sounds. Edit, save the presets, "burn" them into the pedal, et voilà. Chorus, flanger, phaser, vibe, tremolo, it's all in there!
I wholeheartedly recommend it!
