I use this tape to label gear cases so I know their content and owner without having to see what's inside. It's comes in handy when you have a truck full of black flightcases or several guitar cases that are exactly the same. My bandmate and I accidentally switched guitars on our way home from a gig because we had the same case, so we decided to label everything from now on. I also use it to mark things on stage that are hard to see in the dark, because the tape has a very bright, almost glow-in-the-dark color. It tears easily and evenly (it has a kind of a woven fabric, which makes it tear parallel and/or purpendicular to the edge), is taken off easily and leaves absolutely no residue. The surface is great to write on and the ink doesn't smudge or erase. Exactly what I needed.

Good for marking stands and marking stage but not as good to write on as the more expensive we?ll know brand. It has its uses and every one should have a roll of it as you don?t want to be using the expensive one for marking stands.
It?s actuall more illuminating that other brands so does stand out well and does stick well but just not as good to write on.

Very good

I`ve just used TESA Highlight tape to tape my stages, until now. The Stairville is half the price, but mostly the same as the TESA. Maybe a little more shining than the alternatives, but it does the job: To mark cables, and not stick to much and leave a lot of glue.

It's a good quality tape, sticks well to the instruments and you can see it fairly well even at the lowest lightning.

very good tape indeed

As far as tape goes this is very good tape. As well as being quite sticky on one side it is also luminous and you can see the tape even if the lights are turned off so you'll never lose it

Not as sticky as I had thought
Genuine Music Experience 26.12.2022
Yellow duckt tape with lower stickyness. Not similar to the matte cloth tape I was expecting, as this has been coated, so it feels nothing like the Gerband alternative. Will work great for (temporary) marking and typing on with a black marker.

On so many occasions I require several different colour marking on stage sets or equipment... these neon gaff tapes are PERFECT and good strong tape... but dont leave a load of sticky residue afterwards !

Great Tape!
Anonymous 12.10.2016
Very handy piece of kit for any musician!
I have taken to labeling anything I can get my hands on!
Great for labelling up flight cases to clearly show their contents or edges of stages to prevent embarrassing tumbles!
The tape tears very easily, in straight lines thanks to the woven fabric and is easy to markup without smudging of ink.
The tape is not glow in the dark but it does appear to fluoresce in blue light.
