Stairville DMX Splitter 4 MK3 19"

This device is really neat. I use in particular when I have big shows to separate different lines or different types of lighting - like: smoke machines, ceiling lighting, side lighting, floor lighting. Never disappointed me. It has it all. Every input/output has the 3-pin and 5-pin plug, which makes it even more versatile and flexible. Rugged. I do have three of them and maybe I can say that the plugs could be better fixed inside: when you plug the cables you have to be gentle. It happened to me once that I smashed the connector while plugging it in.

Perfect DMX splitter for those looking to expand their shows but don't have the cash to go to a fully pro option.

I Work at a theater venue in Ireland that only has one DMX line...So I bought this also with the Chauvet DJ D-Fi wireless dongles and must say this piece of kit is Amazing if anyone needs to extend Dmx universes from FOH to on stage. I plan buy two more , Also love that it's universal with 3pin and 5pin outputs ..The AC cable is behind the device too so it can mount into a19" rack without any issue

Got this to replace a Showtec buffer and I prefer it. The only slight downside which has happened on 90% of the 10 shows that I have done with it so far is that the power button gets switched off! The house crew always switch off on the get out and no one switches it on in the get in! If it was in an accessible area like a school stage it might be too tempting to switch it off! Other than that a nice product (but I would prefer no power switch on the front).
