The Right Bag For The Job
Neil P. 22.06.2015
I have a few bags that I have bought from Thomann. The bags I have are mainly for carrying speakers and as my speakers are generally small ( I refuse to lug around huge speakers for the kind of work I do at the moment) I use small bags that are designed for something else. The Meinl Bongo Bags for instance. Put up against one of the excellent Meinl bags this bag has a bit less padding but seemingly better zips. I did not realise from the picture and the description supplied that it had a shoulder strap but it does and a good one too. The handles are fine being both long enough and sturdy. The material is well up to the task and overall I am very happy with it. Be aware that the sizing is a bit misleading. I know it is hard to give an accurate representation of the sizes in some instances but suffice it to say I managed to put two speakers in the same bag!!! This was a bonus for me as the speakers (EV EV EVID 4.2 + some custom made stand adapters + the manufacturers bracket) are light enough that two in one bag is easily managed. Really for the money these are great. Designed with enough thought to give the customer a decent product at a good price. I actually feel with Thomann products that they are aware we are professionals ( serious amateurs, serious hobbyists) and design a product that is up to being used in the real world. Good stuff guys!!

Good quality for little cash. I bought it for my Bugera AC 60 acoustic amp. fits it perfectly. Enough space for cables and mic too. Good buy!

Bigger than expected!
Anonymous 05.07.2016
This bag can comfortably house TWO HL-X18's if they are used with the (optional) U bracket for mounting onto a stand, rather than with the multi-mount bracket. There is quite a bit of room in and around the bracket when using one light with MMB.

The bag itself is very durable and well padded inside. The zips can be somewhat sticky when new, but a quick (light!) spray of WD40 along the length solves this quickly.

The shoulder strap along with the normal straps is a godsend, as with two lights, plus brackets, plus cables in each of our two bags it can be quite heavy.

In short - bigger than you might expect, but very fit for purpose.

Great quality, sturdy and strong bags.

I purchased one of these for my Antari FZ-80 fog machine and was blown away by the price at which I paid for the bag at first, and then was amazed at the quality of the item.

It is made of really good quality material, feels like it will last a very long time and is very well padded to keep my machine safe in travel.

The zips are large and strong, no breaking tags and using your fingernail underneath to try and open the bag. There are also a couple of pockets on the bag too, which I use for cables, business cards etc.

With a 3 year warranty from Thomann too, I have absolutely no hesitation with buying more and alike in the future.

Happy Customer. Happy fog machine.

Very convenient size
Anonymous 27.06.2016
Over 2 years after purchasing this bag is it still very much in use, granted I do not have more than about 30kg in it as I generally only put mics and small patching/adaptor cables in it. I find this bag is a perfect size for many things but if you are going to have a 30m snake and 50 mic/speaker cables...you will be better off going with its bigger brother but for smaller items like mics this is an awesome bag!

Fit 4 Stairville xBrick Quad 16x8W RGBW & Cables in 1 bag
CISP MULTIMEDIA 04.07.2017
We have just purchased four of these bags to transport our eight Stairville xBrick Quad 16x8W RGBW. However, you can fit four Stairville xBrick Quad 16x8W RGBW in one bag and cables in the front compartment. Very useful if you want to cut down on carrying heavy flight cases!!! The bags are well made and very tough. We have decided to keep the two extra bags that we purchased and use them for transportation of various cables.

Gig Bag used for 2 Brick 16 x 8 Led light units
John5750 29.12.2017
This bag holds two of the Brick 16 x 8 LED light units easily but you need a piece of foam or even cardboard to separate the units to avoid scratching. There is also plenty or room to fit in a few cables plus a pocket at the front, very pleased with the purchase
