Startone CG 851 4/4

The neck on this guitar CAME OUT OF THE BODY WHILE TUNING IT!
I have no idea how it was playablity-wise. It broke twenty minutes after opening the box. I bought this guitar just as an after though with another large order and so didn't bother e-mailing Thomann to complain, but I'm telling you now, don't buy it. It really is horrific. Double your budget and get something that might stay intact!

Hi. I’ve bought more than 25 Startone CG 851 guitars last year and they were generally good. Only one or two had some problems. But this time all the 7 guitars I bought had the same big problem: The metal frets have not been smoothened at the sides, so they cut the skin of the hand of the guitar-player like a razor!
It’s impossible to play with these guitars. They tear your skin off (cut your skin).

Only a few months and the strings are not staying in tune and they have lost grip. So cant tighten the strings!

upon first time tuning , 2 of the 6 tuners broke of. they are poor quality plastic and simply break in 2 pieces when a littje tension starts building. Unbelievable that Thomann sells this poor quality.
