Excellent mic
Neil Doherty 18.08.2017
I play in a band and use a harmonica in only a few numbers in our sets. At first I played into a microphone on a floor stand. As we don't have a sound engineer and have to adjust our mixer as and when required, we were having problems with feedback and sound levels playing in this way. I then tried unmounting the microphone and playing holding both a standard mic and the harmonica. This was better than previously but was not ideal and often awkward. The Superlux has solved all problems. It's comfortable to hold and we never have any issue with feedback. It's a very solid and well constructed mic and volume can be adjusted on the mic if necessary. Friends who have heard us play have remarked on the sound quality compared to the ways in which I had used a standard (good quality) microphone before. I have nothing negative at all to say about the Superlux and would definitely recommend it.

A must have for any producer/studio rat
Anonymous 11.08.2015
Really great for vocalists! I always bring it on my studio sessions and invariably if someone wants to use it we have a blast. Particularly good for hooking up vocalists to amps or sticking violins/trumpets etc. into guitar amps or pedals for interesting effects. I've done sessions where it allow the vocalist to do their own dub vocal delays with this, and a Memory Boy.

My only problem with it is it doesn't come with a stand adapter and I couldn't seem to buy one. I know it's a handheld mic, but it's much more versatile than this. It does a lot more cool stuff than just the harmonica into a Fender thing. And anyone worried it wont sound as authentic as the Green Bullet shouldn't. It's rugged and it sounds just as good/bad as the real deal.

Still holds up after 10 years
Ermini 31.03.2022
I bought this microphone 10 years ago, and it still works. I have used it intensively for 5-6 years, after that less and less, since i started to play guitar. Once a wile i still hook it up and works like a charm. Its bit on the heavy side, but that never bothered me much

Simple format....1 harp mic wired to go with any amp or PA...has a volume knob...makes your playing easier....you don't tend to kill your reeds by blowing so hard (happens when you're new to the instrumen) ...I probably wouldn't trust it to long, on stage...but for basement, garage ,campfire...you get my drift...it's actually fun...so get one;^)

If you can afford better, buy better

A decent mic. The paint is very thin and easily rubs off. Sound is acceptable and the cable lasted two years of daily use.

A good choice if you are new to playing amplified harmonica and not sure if you will stick with it.

Otherwise, buy a Harp Blaster, it is a far superior mic

Very satisfied!!
Good construction, cable and jack are quality stuff and the sound, through my trusty blues junior, is awesome!!
Volume pot is sturdy, functional and supercool.. now i can switch between clean sound and a crunchy "littlewalterish" tone just by adjusting it.
Only problem i've found is a little tendency to feedback when i've tried it in my room wich is very small (and the blues junior is quite loud!).. but then in
the reharsal room with the band i didn't have any issue.
In conclusion i think it's a very good tool at a very honest price!!

a
solid and good sounding!
aguidrum 22.03.2020
bought to use as secondary vocal mic, and very happy with it.

very good response, volume and fuzz.

feels very solid and the lead is long enough to comfortably use in studio and on stage.

excellent alternative to more famous and way more expensive similar mics!

Superb microphone
RolandDGreen 19.12.2020
I've used this microphone for both home recording and stage work. The weight is near perfect (not so light that it feels insubstantial and not so heavy that it becomes a burden to carry).
The volume control is very useful as I don't have to use the amp controls when switching between accompaniment and solos.
The lead gives plenty of room to move around on stage.

Harping on

Well its a harp mic so I cant comment much on quality of professionalsound but its good enough for me.
I really like it, it comes with masses of cord and is robustly made. You could use it as a projectile and i bet it would still work fine and the long lead would help recover the missile.
enjoy!
