Does what you need it to do
MSTCH 07.02.2022
Just as it says, a replacement rectifier. I tried it in a JTM45 and it sounded closer to a 2204 - less woofy low end, quicker and brighter attack, slightly less "body" to the notes. I understand it's best to rebias your power tubes after installation, but I didn't check it before and after. I mostly use it as an emergency, although it's hard to narrow a problem down in a couple minutes to the rectifier tube going out. Stiil, if you need it, here it is.

PR
Solid state rectifier tube.

I got this for its durability. This can be thrown in my cable box, knowing its not a glass valve/tube, it won't break as easy.

All 3 of my guitar amps have tube recto's, so if one pops, I can use this until I get home and fit the correct GZ34 valve/tube.

This recto does make my amp sound differently, but its only for a short while so its OK.

Good one Thomann.

Great alternative for tube GZ 34
Tom5055 26.05.2018
Works perfect, turns a jtm45 into a 35w jmp within a minute.
resulting in less sag/compression and a more prominent pick attack.
May need to rebias the amp to taste, as the supply voltage rises .
