Makes you snare have a longer fzzz which makes the sound fatter in my opinion. Plus the snare becomes more sensitive. I can recomend it

The best tama quality. Enriches the sound. Very good sensitivity even though I replaced high carbot starphonic snares I like those more. In my opinion its a must.

Cheap 42 strand snare wires

It does the job, the sound is wetter and bigger.
But it feels a bit cheap and the strap wobbles on the snare wire mount when the snare is not engaged.
Some times the nylon strap caches the edges of the hole it runs tho on the snare wires, but its not a big problem.

I use this snare wire in my 14/6.5 snare. It's loud with this wires with more sustain. If you want to turn your snare to ultimate thrash machine, use this wires =)
