Great design and feel but poorly made

I love the feel and accuracy of this tuner. The first one I bought stopped working after 2 years, but I liked it enough to buy another two more. The second one stopped working after one year, and the third one now has intermittent problems. In sum, the craftsmanship is absolutely terrible, so I would not recommend this tuner.

Too much hype

Bought it after seen other good reviews and having other nice products from same brand, but honestly I'm not happy with the product. The power button location is awkward and the button leaves a very small gap for the chassis; in my case the chassis has a tiny crack so the unit is not very sturdy and opens randomly at the button end of the unit. it also vibrates as I strum and makes noise so I need to remove it after tuning. Not sure if this is a defect. The polytune function always shows the low E is flat although when I tune just that string it seems good. I only use it at home so not sure how all these issues happened. I own other cheaper brands that honestly work much better than this.
