Sending wrong products even after speaking to the customer executive

The customer service agent have spoken very friendly. I request for a change of product from different county, and the executive conveyed me to send as requested. But after nearly 45 of waiting (which I accepted) I again received the product from the country which I denied. This is utter waste of waiting time and poor customer service.
