Nice shaker with a "coarse" texture and sound. Get's pretty loud, unless muffled with your hand. Its nice to contrast this with a light sounding egg shaker for example. The coconut looks rather artificial, its sturdy but I would have liked it to be more authentic.

Shaking my Coconuts!
George Konstantine 24.01.2014
These were purchased for use in an African rhythm/percussion group.
The shaker coconuts were very well made. They seem quite durable,
especially for professional use (time will tell).
They have a very nice, distinct and clear sound.

It's a small shaker, with great sound. Not much to say about it.

Nice little thing

It looks interesting and it gives your music an extra effect. I personaly use it when I record some didgeridoo or djembe music.
