It looks cool on the shelf with its aircraft-like design, but otherwise it's pretty useless. Temperature readings are within 1-2 degrees accuracy, and humidity readings are completely off, probably by 20-30%. Manual says it comes calibrated form the factory, which is obviously not true. I tried to calibrate it with described method by using wet towel, but I doubt it became more accurate.
Also don't be fooled by "Made in Germany", it's rebadged "Made in China using cheapest components available". I previously ordered a digital hygrometer by TFA and it simply didn't work at all. Tells a lot about their quality control.
