After Sales service Is None Existant!!
I tried emailing and telephoning for hours without success. Every day lines were blocked or when they heard my English the phone was actually put down on me!
So I stopped buying from Thomann for 10 monthsand have been using competitors. I forgot all about it until this reminder to rate the product came up. Well I am 70 years old. Things do slip my mind. But Thomann still got my money and I got the bird!
