Good midi cable

Got some gear connected on a eight in, eight out midi patcher, nice to have the connected equipment colour coded, great when tracing back cable routings.

Just phenomenal cables. Good built quality, lasts forever (if you tread them normally). I love these colored midi cables, they make the whole live-setup and routing so much clearer. Best midi cables I could buy.

Good quality midi cable. Lots of colours to chose from which makes identifying connectivity from synths and keyboard to midi patchbay a breeze. Plus.. some colouring in the cables can be nice in your studio!

They work perfectly and while the quality isn't quite as good as some other brands, they're well worth the price if you're looking to get into MIDI without spending too much on cables at first.

I bought two of so as to connect a midi controller keyboard to my interface rather than using the USB on it which has become loose. Anyway, the connections are solid and the cable itself, though a little skinny, is reassuringly weighty. I use this in a home studio environment and it doesn't get moved around much, so I can see this cable lasting well for a long time.
I haven't noticed any extra latency or other issues using this, though I wasn't expecting any problems as I've bought a number of sssnake cables before and have always been satisfied.
If getting more than one of these, I recommend getting them in different colours for ease of routing.

Blue MIDI Cable!

Black MIDI cables do the job, but don't lend to identifying what gear is plugged into what very easily in a small and busy studio. I need to know which of my devices are being sent into the MIDI splitter or merger at any one time without tracing cables, and so a cheap, colourful MIDI cable is perfect for that. Sadly, up until now, they have always been prohibitively expensive compared to their black counterparts. Thankfully, Thomann has solved that issue by stocking these!

I bought 4 of those, and I plan to buy few more. I plug/unplug them frequently while trying setups/configurations. While the build quality is not best I have seen, not one of them has failed me yet.

Very good value for money.

Colors are nice but I wish that they come in few more colors so I can color code everything.
