OK, but problems with quality

I have 3 of these, they work well and sound quality is approaching more expensive systems. However the build quality is not so good and one of the headsets physically could not be removed from the body pack after plugging in. It was plugged in the correct way (before you ask) but the attempt to remove it broke the unit and most likely voided the warranty, though I consider it a manufacturing root cause, Anyway had to order a replacement. Overall still OK value for money. Cheers
