The 3 stars is only due to the fit!
This was the suggested case for the Custom Line ResoKing BK resonator guitar. Be warned. The guitar fits in the case but it is absolutley not a custom fit like a Les Paul case.
I mean the big old Fender Tweed case for Strats is the same way there is a neck cradle but the body shifts around inside. If the "loose fit" doesn't bother you it's a nice case.
Latches are all well made in fact I'd swear it's a TKL case
Its wood and while it's not a flight case it will get you back and forth to where you need to go.
I have a case for nearly every guitar I own. I am a few short and based on the quality, I'll be buying one for a strat and a les Paul but only if they are a custom fit like the TKL or SKB.
Thomann has become a go to for me. Being in the US I still get my gear within 3 days. Germany to Vegas 3 days door to door is amazing!
I like the case and I'm amazed at the quality I only wish the fit wasn't as loose. I'm going to stick a towel in there to "tighten it up"

Looks nice and holds the guitar well

The HB-35 is a snug fit, though the pick-up switch needs to be in front or back position for the lid to close. I'm hoping that the case will relax a bit and allow the guitar to drop a little lower.
That said, there is no real room to fit the guitar with my strap attached, which is a bit of a pain.
There is a neat lidded pocket just under the neck, which is nice for things like picks and a tuner, but not a lot more.
If you need to travel with your guitar I would say this case was good for that.

Hard to review this case.

The case seems like it would be just fine for your average player to keep their guitar in. However, I can't give an accurate assessment due to the fact that somewhere in the shipping line, someone clearly thought this was a soccer ball as they kicked in the side of the box, punching a hole into the lid of the case about the size of a softball. I stuck a "In case of fire save my guitars" sticker over it to hold the top together. Finally a good use for all those damn stickers that come with EVERY guitar from Harley Benton lol.
