This egg is an absolute must with any acoustic setup. I use it at home for jams with an acoustic guitar and a cajon and it's a nice addition to the sound. It takes some time getting used to the technique of playing in correct timing, as you need to get the feeling for how the interior moves, but once you get the grip, it's easy to use. Looks cool too. Since the price is really affordable i bought a bunch of them and am giving them as presents to my musician friends. They love it.

Shake This Egg and you get a light pleasant Shhhhwish of a Shaker Sound. Add some Live Shaker to your Tracks. Not the best Quality plastic to be fair, but it does the Job. Give it a go at only £0.80 ( at the time of buying ) you cant go wrong. Add it to your next order.

it's an egg shaker.... what is there to say... it shakes okay, makes a noise... costs little... go for it...

Sound very plastic. For small events or weddings is enough.
High Freq is not clear, but mids have "meet".
For 1EUR is a good egg

For the price and size I think this little egg is great.

By changing the grip when shaken it can sound quite different.

It cost so little it would seem silly not to get one.

Great little shaker for home recording. Nice and bright sound. Build quality seems solid enough.

Not the worst egg-style shaker I've heard and not the best. The sound is perhaps a little on the thin/brittle side but then all eggs are. Perfectly usable and the build quality seems good. Very cheap and it's always nice to have a selection of different shakers in the studio, even if it may not always be the first choice.

I think it would have been better if there were less balls in the egg. It is a little tough to control the sound with so many balls inside. Although I don't expected it to be perfect for 80 cents. Good product.

These shakers work well. I do find the beads inside slightly too thick/heavy for recordings, but they definitely do the trick for live shows!

Yes very surprising how such an unassuming little item, costing nearly nothing is SO WELL BUILT, projects it's sound so nicely & feels great in your hand w/ it's very lightly textured shell
